Advisory Services

For organizations that are ready to go beneath the surface and for teams navigating complex dynamics, relational rupture, and change that isn’t sticking.

Advisory Service Areas

My organizational advisory services address complexity that traditional consulting doesn’t reach – the relational, cultural, and psychological safety dynamics that require specialized, niche support.

Organizational
Development

Building strategies that move policy into practice. I assess what is structurally and culturally holding your organization back and develop approaches that are sustainable and values-aligned.

Change
Management

I work with organizations to ensure the human dimension of change is planned for, not managed after the fact. What gets built holds because the people inside it are part of building it.

Stakeholder
Engagement

Bring your staff, partners, and communities into the process in ways that generate genuine engagement. Intersectional and designed for real participation, where the process becomes part of the product.

Relational
Repair

For organizations where rupture has left people disconnected from each other and from the work. I work at the level of relationships to restore what’s needed for teams to connect and thrive.

How I work

Most organizational consultants diagnose or implement. I do both, and more.

I meet with leadership and a cross-section of people across the organization, find what is actually driving the problem, and build a plan designed for that specific complexity, and stay through implementation as a thinking partner.

Because I work as both a strategic consultant and an organizational psychotherapist, clients get end-to-end support – from diagnosis through relational repair and everything in between.

Assessment

I meet with leadership and staff across levels to understand what is actually driving the challenge.

Planning

I support you in developing a clear, actionable plan designed for your specific complexity, not a generic template or framework.

Implementation

I stay with you through the work as a trusted partner, especially when implementation hits bumps and snags and thoughtful counsel is needed.

Where the work requires additional expertise, I bring in a curated network of subject matter experts who work collaboratively with me.
