I have coached hundreds of leaders around the world, working at the intersection of executive performance, relational complexity, and the inner life of leadership.

My Approach

I work with leaders and teams navigating the complexity of leading well in conditions that make it hard. That includes rebuilding trust where it has broken down, addressing the relational and cultural dynamics that drive conflict, and supporting leaders who are held to a high standard and have nowhere safe to bring the harder questions.

My coaching is trauma-informed, intersectional, and grounded in nervous system science. I work with leaders from equity-deserving groups navigating systems not built for them, and with leaders who carry privilege and power and are learning to use both responsibly. This is a space where you are allowed to be imperfect and still growing.
