“Komal led a fantastic session with our organization aimed at encouraging emotional inclusion and dialogue about mental health. She was knowledgeable, engaging and highly responsive to the needs of the audience. By sharing frameworks for understanding the continuum of mental health, offering practical tips for coping during periods of high stress, and being open about her own experience, she supported staff in being vulnerable and kick-started many important conversations that are helping us on our journey toward greater employee wellness and inclusion.”
