As an experienced certified intercultural competence coach, and a registered social worker, I have coached hundreds of leaders around the world.

Inclusion coaching for leaders

As a leader wanting to better support your diverse team, I coach you on how to be more inclusive through working across differences, addressing unconscious bias and microaggression, and acting as an ally to diverse colleagues.

I provide highly sensitive and confidential coaching for leaders who have had negative feedback or concerns raised about their ability to be inclusive with their reports and teams, or who are struggling to adapt to meet the needs of their team or colleagues.

I use the Intercultural Development Inventory—the leading validated tool to assess a person’s capacity for inclusion—to provide valuable insights to guide our work together.

Coaching For professionals from equity-seeking groups

I recognize the realities of unconscious bias and microaggression in work environments and their impacts on engagement and performance for BIPOC and professionals from equity-seeking groups.

I offer a performance coaching program designed specifically for BIPOC leaders. The 6-session program aims to help BIPOC leaders harness their place, position, and identity to thrive in the workplace and beyond.

I also work with professionals from a wide range of equity-seeking groups to address challenges they experience, and to support their engagement and maximize their performance and impact.
