Coaching For professionals from equity-seeking groups
I recognize the realities of unconscious bias and microaggression in work environments and their impacts on engagement and performance for BIPOC and professionals from equity-seeking groups.
I offer a performance coaching program designed specifically for BIPOC leaders. The 6-session program aims to help BIPOC leaders harness their place, position, and identity to thrive in the workplace and beyond.
I also work with professionals from a wide range of equity-seeking groups to address challenges they experience, and to support their engagement and maximize their performance and impact.
