Embed DEI and workplace mental health knowledge and practices into how you work so that can lead into the future.
No matter where your organization is at in its inclusive journey, I work with you through my structured, integrative approach which starts with strategic advisory sessions to plan the path forward.
Working together, we will explore what it means to be equitable, anti-oppressive and mentally healthy at all levels — as individuals, teams, organizations and systems. We will assess your organization’s current state, its strengths and assets, and where you need to move the dial on equity and inclusion.
Our work starts with your people. Using an appreciative inquiry approach, I will meet with key stakeholders and organizational experts whose engagement is key to driving collective impact. As part of my commitment to inclusion by design, I use and share accessible, validated and free DEI and workplace mental health frameworks and tools.
We will co-create your DEI and/or workplace mental health (MH) roadmap, with concrete actions and milestones. At all stages, we will develop your organization’s ability to oversee and drive your DEI/MH work long into the future.
Depending on your needs and objectives, I engage subject matter experts in a variety of fields to work collaboratively with me as strategic advisors.
